"Sence when was Wendy's so expensive? $7 for a burger no fries or anything else. Obviously this isn't the store's fault because it's corporate. Clean bathroom and nice looking store. Good experience for a fast food place. Burger was a solid 4 out of 5 only complaint was the beef was pretty dry. I definitely go again"

"Far the worst fast food chain I’ve ever dealt with. Their app doesn’t function properly they took my rewards points, but never gave me the digital coupon for the item. Instead of doing the right thing and given the customer the item they just shrugged her shoulders and get huffy at me typical Black people. I’ll never shop at Wendy’s ever again last time ever! Mashpee really dropped the ball, letting them move into our town!"

"Went through the drive through at around 7:15 this morning. I was waiting at the speaker to order and I hear a lady rudely screaming saying “Hello! Hello!” And as a looked towards the screaming I noticed it was coming from the drive through window. The lady (who I’m guessing was the manager) was leaning out of the window and again rudely motioning for me to drive forward to the window. When I got to the window the lady said to me “I don’t have my head set on what do you want?” I ordered. She scanned my app (which I had a free breakfast baconator coupon on) and instead of saying anything else she just slammed the window and walked away. Another employee came to give me my food and he was very short with me as well. This wendys overall has a very rude staff. I would much rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the Hyannis wendys then be treated like the way I was this morning."
