"My 4 year old son was so excited to get a haircut at kids cool cuts because he saw few pictures of cars online and he wanted to get his hair cut at Kids kool cuts. When we arrived, we were shocked at the service we received. They were two ladies in the middle of a conversation, when they saw us coming they looked us and they continued their conversation. We stood there for a while waiting to be greeted or at least to be asked if we needed assistance. After waiting for a while, we decided to peacefully leave the place. My son asked why he didn’t get a haircut, I just told him we will find a nicer place that has more toys. Please, make sure you fit kids kool cuts’s “racial criteria” before you take your kids there. I’m deeply shocked and saddened to find out that people with such mentality still exist."

"They know exactly how to deal with our crying, fidgety toddler and make him look so handsome. Super friendly staff. Reasonable prices, play area while waiting, and toys available for purchase. They take cards, but prefer tips in cash, so bring a few dollars."

"I’m honestly not understanding all these reviews saying the haircuts are “rushed”. I took my 15 mo in today and he screamed and kicked the entire time but Christine did an awesome job for him not even staying still. She did it fast which I appreciate because he was not having it at all and again for him not even staying still she did a great job! I can’t expect something elaborate if my baby kicks and cries the entire time. Will be taking him here again!"
