"I had a brow tint and wax, and was burnt on both eyes with wax, very noticeably. I reached out to ask how to treat it, and tried to be understanding since obviously this was an accident. I asked politely for a refund given how bad the burns were. I was offered a refund for only the wax, not the other services. At no point was there an apology. I was really surprised with the lack of concern or effort to compensate. I had to initiate the ask for a refund. Being burnt is not a trivial issue and I’m really disappointed by the response. I won’t be going back and would hope they take this issue more seriously with others."
