"I absolutely love Fran. Both my sister and I have followed her through her salons, and I can say this new one is the best yet. The salon is clean and cute and smells wonderful. It is a great personalized atmosphere that makes the costumer feel very comfortable. It also has very interesting things to look at while waiting for your dye to set in! As for Fran, as always she uses amazing products and gives creative haircuts that I could not get anywhere else.
