"Were I live"

"Have been a resident at Langham for about 2 years now. Never had an issue until recently. Off lately, a month to be precise there is no hot water in the morning (anytime between 6.30am-8am)We complained several times, but the response has been always cold- it’s only you who is complaining!!! I have also got a response that you should be showering at a different time since it’s really busy in morning. I don’t think that should be the response to solve the issue. This comes from the lady who usually runs building management. The place is charging you a bomb of a price, so definitely I demand and deserve HOT WATER 24 HOURS. Ivan and his team have checked the bathroom and even changed the valve? But to no effect. We have been telling them someone is misusing the hot water or something is definitely not working well in my apartment but they would refuse to believe. They check bathroom at not a busy time-usually 4-5pm, so offcourse it would run hot water then. By hot I don’t mean, steaming hot, but hot enough to take a shower. This is an ongoing issue and there has been no concrete solution yet. The weather although slightly warm, is still at 35 to take shower in almost cold water. Using this platform as I am hoping this review reaches the correct person and a solution is reached at."

"This was my home for 2 years. First place I lived in the states. It will always have a special place in my heart. The management was always super helpful, Ivan was always a call away, fixing everything that needed to be fixed. And mary was always very sweet to us.we lived on the second floor and never had any pest issue. Sure the corridor smelled like weed a lot specially after it was legalized ,but it's Boston and a student town so I don't know what people expect. It was very exoensexp to live in, but that's generally all of bosyon, the heat worked great, never had problems with the neighbors either."
