"I went to Super Cuts at the last minute. They tell you one price and then when you go to pay they jack up the price. I will NEVER EVER go there again and would recommend no one else does. Total rip off"

"I would like to give zero to this place, if possible. The lady who cut my hair had zero patience, was completely unprofessional and had anger issues. Please screen your employees for mental issues if possible before recruiting. The entire time she came across as rude, impolite, and lacking stability. Being respectful and courteous to customers is the basic requirement in any business. The behavior exhibited is definitely not acceptable and I strongly condemn her actions. I am absolutely bummed to have chosen this place! Will never go again and will warn anyone who wants to go !!"

"Sana was absolutely fantastic! She made sure to check to see how I usually style my hair, the length I liked, and made sure I was happy with the length and style before leaving. She gave great advice and was super friendly!"

"I gave a 1 star review because zero isn’t an option and because of a horrible experience I had here. I went for a haircut and highlights, the stylist I had was Maddie. She was very rude, and had anger issues. When my son repeated what I was trying to convey she got angry and frustrated and threw the comb and scissors on the table. My son called my sister to get her on the line to have her better explain and she pushed my son out of the way saying he was making her nervous. While this is happening and she is being awful to my mom, the other two stylists just sat there and watched and one giggled as this is happening. If you pride your hair and don’t want to have your hair ruined, then I recommended you to not go to Supercuts. This place has stylists that are not professionally trained and don’t have training whatsoever."
