"I have been to this location and Medford for massages facials and pedicure before. Always had a good experience so I decided to try getting my hair cut. I booked with a random SENIOR stylist for a wash cut and blow dry. I was cutting at least 8 inches off, post partum and was excited about it. I showed her photos and we confirmed the length for a blunt straight cut. She started cutting my hair in the back so I could not see how much she cut. She also cut my hair super quick and cut off way more than discussed. I was so upset I didn't know what to say! When I went home, I was able to actually inspect my hair. It was all uneven. The right side is shorter than the left side. The length of the hair is different all around. This cut cost me $75! Worst hair cut of my life. Totally unacceptable from a senior stylist. I also emailed the company/owner with a photo and never even received back an email or phone call. This is very disappointing"
