"My appointment with Jasmine Rivera was wonderful! She took her time with me, going over what I was looking for, and what hadn't worked in the past. She gave me a great cut, and was super conscientious in getting the cut just right. love my new cut!"

"I scheduled a balayage and my appointment was with Jasmine. Long story short, the first time she bleached and toned my hair it was yellow and didn’t lift correctly. On top of that she didn’t know how to blow dry textured hair (my hair is curly), she left the roots wet and they puffed up. (If I didn’t say anything she would’ve left it like that which tells me she doesn’t know.) The hair cut was pretty good. We agreed on bleaching and toning one more time and she completely ruined my hair. I asked for a lighter blonde balayage, and she made the blonde damn near platinum, and damaged it too. I’m not a hair stylist but I think she over processed it. They said damage is expected sometimes with textured hair and bleach, but I’ve gotten my hair done before and the damage was no where near how bad it was this time around. My curls are straight in some areas, and the breakage and dryness is unreal. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because Sarah (the owner) was able to save my hair. And she actually knows how to blow dry textured hair. I’m sure if I went with her in the first place none of this would’ve happened. I would go back to Sarah, and I actually recommend her, but bottom line just do thorough research before going anywhere lol."

"Sarah is literally the best stylist ever!! I’ve been all over Worcester and she is the only one who actually listened to me and got my color right. She fixed a pretty horrible bleach job for me. I went to another stylist and they tried to fix it twice, but it ended up looking worse than a box dye job. I’m so amazed by Sarah’s attention to detail and care that she puts into her clients. Sarah also paid attention to the integrity of my hair and made sure that it was still healthy (despite being bleached a total of four times). She is also such an angel; super nice and welcoming. If you want to go lighter, she’s the stylist for you!!"
