"Will not return...asked for a change, explained my busy life and need for a new, easy-care, more trendy look. "Ready for a radical change" was the request. Elaborate wash and conditioning (that I guess I paid extra for?) followed by a cut and 20 minute, multi-level, roller brush blow-out. The look is the same, just 8 inches shorter, without anything close to the "new look" that was requested. Additionally, there is no way that I will have the time, nor do I have the tools needed, to recreate the dated "look" that I walked out with. Everyone was very pleasant and the salon appeared to be clean but customer service (like listening to what the customer wants) is obviously not a priority. Obviously disappointed walking out I was told that they hoped my day gets better....my day was great walking in! Will be paying for another salon, that was able to fit me in when I called from the Hair Crew parking lot, to have it fixed. Wish I had waited for an appointment at a professional salon, this walk-in was not the solution that I was looking for. So, if it sounds too good to be true (walk-in, trendy-looking, professional salon) it probably is. Very disappointed but want any business to be successful and hoping that the staff at Hair Crew will become more responsive to their customers."

"I have never in my life left a review on something but I just had the worst haircut experience of my life. Never have I felt so rushed and not listened to while getting a haircut. I explained in detail what I wanted and showed pictures. The hairdresser acknowledged what I said and then did the exact opposite. I asked to not cut the top and leave it long and she just simply didn’t listen. I will never return and whoever cut my hair should never touch a strand of hair for the rest of their life. Do not go here"
