"Be careful here, They don't verify your information so if you got the wrong information in the system they are going to ring up the wrong insurance and your paying out of pocket. The people who work here are rude, arrogant and impatient. Change pharmacy"
"Kayla in the pharmacy should be nowhere near any health office. She should be removed Asap before something bad happens to someone. Extremely unprofessional and utterly confused"
"I have never seen pharmacy staff, or honestly medical professionals of any kind, behave so coldly. First of all, hire enough pharmacists and techs that you can staff lunch breaks instead of shutting down completely. Closing down in the middle of the day is restrictive/prohibitive to anyone who has limited availability to get their medications; older Individuals who rely on alternative transportation that's timed, individuals who work and can only get their own their lunch break- it's quite honestly shameful. That's on upper management. But pharmacists should also be kind to the people who have been standing in line to get their medications for a while when you tell them they've been standing in line for nothing and have to wait 30 minutes because you don't adequately staff your pharmacy. I had only just gotten in line, totally fine, I should have checked the clock, but the people in front of me had been waiting longer, and were completely dismissed by pharmacy staff. Not even a sorry was given. The interactions I saw them having with other people were atrocious. They failed to have any compassion for someone who was clearly in the middle of a family emergency. Instead of apologizing, and kindly explaining the laws and offering solutions they shrugged them off. They didn't bother to check if they had the needed documentation to help them. It takes less than a minute to check for an ROI. Specifically the pharmacist Courtney was completely rude. Do better."
"The female pharmacist is rude and nasty when I expressed my frustration at the continuous delays in filling my daughters prescription. It was called in on a Tuesday but delayed for what they said was an insurance authorization. Then when I questioned further the delay was because they were trying to bill an old insurance that should have been removed from their system years ago (they were notified numerous times this insurance was no longer active). Once that confusion was cleared up they said they had to order the medication and it wouldn’t be in until the following day. Then the following day the Med never came with the order and when I expressed my justifiable frustration, the woman pharmacist rudely came over to yell at me and tell me like it was my fault for the delays In my daughters treatment instead of the pharmacy’s. They really should not allow her to speak to the customers until she undergoes some type of customer service training. I’ve never had such a terrible experience here before but I wont be back. There is a million other pharmacies in the area I don’t recommend this one to my worst enemy."
"Terrible experience with woman pharmacist. I called in a prescription and was told it would be ready. I went to pick it up and they said it was a day early to fill, which is fine. But they should have told me this. Then I was told it would be ready first thing in the morning. My boyfriend goes to pick it up and its still not ready. He asks a few questions as to how this can be avoided and the pharmacist was rude and unprofessional. I have never had an issue with the other pharmacists or the staff and I have been a customer for quite some time. Just disappointing"
