"AS A FORMER EMPLOYEE FOR THIS LOCATION ALLOW ME TO TELL THE REAL HONEST TRUTH. LAST TIME I PUT A REVIEW UP WHICH ISN'T A CRIME, I WAS ASKED BY MY BOSS FROM BOSTON RESIDENTIAL CONCIERGE JOHN PAUL TO REMOVE MY REVIEW ON BEHALF OF THE BUILDING MANAGEMENT'S OWNER JUDITH AKA JUDY (WHO MIGHT I ADD DOESN'T SEEM TOO INTELLIGENT OR SENSABLE) HIS REASON WAS THEY ASSIST HIS COMPANY IN GETTING BUILDINGS AND SIGHTS FOR HIS EMPLOYEES TO WORK. THEREFORE LETTING ME KNOW NON-DIRECTLY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES AND ARE MORE CONCERNED WITH MONEY AND CONTRACTS. I REMOVED THE REVIEW IN HOPES OF BEING A TEAM PLAYER AND WAS LEFT EMPLOYED BUT WITHOUT A LOCATION OR JOB SITE TO BE WORKING ON BECAUSE JUDY WANTED TO REMOVE ME FOR ENFORCING THE RULES SHE ORIGINALLY SET FORTH. THEN WHILE SITTING AT HOME WAITING THE ONLY COMMUNICATION I GOT FROM MY EMPLOYER I WAS FALSELY AND RANDMONLY ACCUSED OF PUTTING ANOTHER REVIEW UP SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME. WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ALTHOUGH THERE ARE SOME GOOD ONES, YOU CAN ALSO SEE A BUNCH OF REVIEWS THAT WERE NEGATIVE ALSO AND UNDER THE MANAGEMENT OF JUDY & BRC. IM PROBABLY GONNA END UP HEARING ABOUT IT, BUT SINCE THERE IS NO CRIME IN GIVING A REVIEW AND I KNOW MY RIGHTS ILL BE HONEST, GREAT LOOKING VICINITY, HOWEVER THE HEAD OF MANAGEMENT AND HOW ITS RAN MAKE IT A PLACE YOU DONT WANT TO BE. THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND THE BRC STAFF THAT HANDLE THIS PROPERTY CAN DEFINITELY WORK ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MONEY HUNGRY WAYS. THATS ALL I CAN HONESTLY SAY ABOUT THAT. PS. I called 2 days ago to speak to the manager since the auto response generated is that you can call them. I spoke to Brittany who seemed confused about why I was calling until I mentioned it was in regards to being told by them to call back to get my experience. Its been 2 days and no call back. I don't think I'm truly gonna get called back because the establishment and professionalism there is non existent. The new people and my replacement have done nothing as referenced by a former coworker to me i have attached pictures stating the fact I called and the coworker telling me bout things since i left. Also Brittany never delivered that message for me either as i feel.she recognized who was calling when she heard my name. 2 days since call and no contact. No.shock at all"

"(3 years) Radian's new management team has been very proactive, particularly attentive to residents' needs and fully committed to improve the resident overall experience. Great location as well. I highly recommend!"

"Went there for an appointment and the property manager Judy was late for the appt and didn't even seem interested in her job or the tour. Also the prices discussed for rent are too high and the annual increase concerns me. The treatment from management is not warm or welcoming. I'm already looking elsewhere. If you like high prices and feeling like your not important Radian is for you!"

"Wonderful architectural design and finish (with a few things here and there that could be improved). Beautiful lounge and amenities. Very friendly staff, the building manager and concierge were very helpful during my move-out. Rent is high."
