"I have been a loyal customer for a few years but this most recent experience has ensured I will never be back. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago to have my hair dyed for my graduation. The day before my appointment I was informed my appointment was canceled. When I attempted to call back to see if I could reschedule I called 4 times and no one picked up. I went in person and they made no effort to rectify the situation and find some other time to do my hair. I am a very understanding person but this is no way to run a business and keep costumers coming back."

"I don’t often write a bad review because my first step is to let the company know of my dissatisfaction but after leaving an email and a message on Instagram, I still have not received any reply. So here I am writing this unfortunate review. I went to the salon excited to get my keratin treatment and haircut. I also don’t want to name the hairstylist because I’m giving this company another chance to look into this matter. The keratin treatment went fine. I asked for a haircut below my chin, my hair was just touching my collar bones before that. Next thing I knew, the hairdresser kept on cutting and cutting until it was right below my ears. I did show her photos of what I hope to achieve but it turned out nothing like what I wanted. Initially I thought it was going to look weird because the keratin treatment must have made my hair too straight and flat but when I reached home and checked the side and back of my hair, it just looked awful. I washed and blow dried it but it still looked the same. I have attached photos to show you that the straight cut was not even straight and that the length was not below the chin. I had to go to another salon the next day to “fix” it and as you can tell at least, there’s a little bit more shape to my hair. I feel more confident now. (The last photo is after the “fix”) I just wanted to put it out there that if a hairdresser isn’t proficient in cutting short hair, they should let the customer know. Or even if the cut is going to look weird after a keratin treatment, I should have been told that as well. I’m not the expert in this case and was depending on the expertise of the hairdresser but was utterly disappointed. —- Updating this review. Ashley, the salon owner, reached out to me and refunded me the cost of the haircut and the other haircut to “fix” my hair from another salon. Thanks for looking into this matter and I’m just grateful hair will always grow back."
