"The Internet was down, so everyone was confused on how to behave without their schedules. My cut came out okay, except it wasn't dried by the stylist, so it wasn't cleaned up like normal. She did give me the blowdry for free though, so they get an extra star for that!"

"Was originally delighted with how my hair turned out but now, not so sure. The first few days were okay, little bit of staining here and there but as time progressed (2 weeks) I am still staining and bleeding the dye all over my shower, my hands, pillows etc. Thr staining should not be this intense after two weeks. I have faith it was not intentional, however i most likely won't come back for a while."

"The lady asked what I was looking for, and I asked to cut my hair down to an inch. My hair's a bit long and curly, she goes "are you serious?" And I'm like yup! She does the routine, wets the hair cuts it, and asks how I think it looks. I told her I thought it was a little uneven in the back and she says "no that's just how curly hair works." Like I wouldn't know how my own hair generally looks. Had to go somewhere else and get it fixed, possibly the worst haircut experience I've ever had. Word of advice; if you don't feel comfortable cutting, just say so and don't waste time and money"

"I’ve gone here for my last 3 cuts and colors and normally I never have any issues love the service, however today I had an appointment I book online as I do every time. Showed up at 11 promptly and I see it’s not open the stylist is on phone by door and she leaves. I waited till 1145 and no one showed up to open . I understand things happen but I’m busy as well and that’s what drew me to this salon in first place the hours and convenience. Wish it was better this time around"
