"It took me over 2 years to finally write this review as it’s been that painful for me. My beloved 13 y/o best dog friend was suddenly going downhill with a diagnoses of metastatic cancer, I knew I wanted a vet to come help him pass in the comfort of his home because he was fearful of the vet clinic. I chose Ark as they were recommended and could come the quickest and the only reason for 2 stars ( I called Saturday they came Monday). My brother took the morning off of work to be there as this dog meant a lot to him too, the vet was an hour late ( they said it was an office miscommunication) . When she arrived she was very quick to get on with it, she said she would give him a sedative first before the final euthanasia med to calm him. He was a little Italian Greyhound and she Injected him with it in his bony behind making him yelp instead of the tuft of his neck. He immediately started panicking and crying, swaying and trying to climb up me terrified! Whatever she gave him did the opposite of calm him and I could tell she noticed she did wrong and was quickly grabbing the final syringe euthanasia to stop him from panicking. He had a horrible tragic end because of the pre- med and she gave and right afterwards she apologized and should have given him something else as Italian greyhound are sometimes sensitive to whatever she administered. He left this world scared and my heart was shattered even more as all I wanted for him was calm and peace before he left. She abruptly apologized and left. Everyone in my house was sobbing after seeing the horrible reaction. I regret to this day choosing Ark over another company. He was my best friend and I feel like I failed him because of how he parted."

"I was very happy with the level of service as well as the cost. Beyond that Dr Troy and his assistant (I feel like a jerk not remembering her name) were wonderful, kind, and informative. They took great care of my lil fur baby. All this and a beautiful exam room that came right to my home. I highly recommend this Veterinary service."

"Ark Animal Homecare cares about your animals as if they were their own. The 4 mobile units that come to your home relieves the stress of going to see a vet. Our fur kids dont even mind taking a ride out to their office because they know they will be cared for and receive lots of loves. Great customer service!"

"ARK has taken care of my 2 loved 7 year old littermate cats since they were kittens. They are excellent at explaining all their findings after a visit and any treatment options. They have a beautiful new office with at least occasional Sunday hours. I greatly appreciate the mobile service option of their coming to my home that I’ve utilized. I find their fees very reasonable."
