"Terrible customer service. Not very clean inside the small dining area. The restroom soap dispenser was totally empty! ( The sign in the restroom says employees must wash their hands before returning to work ) So, I'm guessing if an employee previously used the restroom, their hands were not washed before waiting on us! Just ewwwwww... The toilet paper holder was missing the big plastic outer part. And the bathroom was not clean at all."

"There was a hair in my egg n sausage sandwich. I guess they don't follow codes. Husband brought it in. They brushed it off n just made us another one.. Almost seems things like this happen all the time or just don't care. Quality of product is poor!"

"Worst Dunkin I have ever been to! I had to wait nearly 15 minutes, for a large iced coffee, despite no one else ahead of me because they "ran out" of iced coffee. Watched her send someone else to the back to get more but then come back without any because it was already out and just had to be bled, of air in the tap, but then she proceeded to pour mystery coffee from a different cup into mine and the customer's behind me. We were pretty sure it was hot coffee over ice but when I questioned them about it they said it wasn't but my coffee was super watered down and over creamed. I left without having them remake it because the place was a mess, disorganized and dirty, but on the way out I noticed the customer behind me was headed back to the counter with theirs complaing- wish I had... Save yourself the money and go to a different location!"

"Could either use attitude adjustments or just not sound condescending while not letting people into the lobby. We stood outside for almost 5 minutes to just get stared at and given eye rolls. Put a sign on the door if you want to tell people the there are only 2 people working and you see 4. I understand being short staffed, but I've worked in customer service for years and not been ignorant."

"Nearly twenty minutes for a mobile order with two sandwiches. Both with cheddar cheese. Coffees were ready when I arrived. Sitting. Sandwiches were an additional 10 minutes and they didn’t have white cheddar so they made them with American cheese. They did give me money back , why not cancel the order?"
