"After being a tenant for 13 years (this time..i had rented from them before) and having had to leave after the death of my husband, they felt it okay to charge me for the removal of 2 items and labor to do so..labor provided by their staff that would have been working anyway. Of course, they did not take into consideration the maintenance issues they didn't attend to for weeks and the fact that I had to be go into the hospital for a cardiac procedure during my move. Legally, they had a right to do this, but morality is another issue. The management lacks compassion and the maintenance has gone seriously downhill over the last several years."

BUT, if you are NORMAL everyday people, keep a good home, and pay your rent, Davenport is a great place to live."
