"She cancelled on me not once but twice. The first time there was a leak in the ceiling so she gave me a new appointment and canceled two hours before my appointment. She was very unprofessional over text so i do not recommend going to her honestly."

"Unprofessional. Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance and the stylist texts me the day of the appointment that she didn't have the color and had to change my appointment to the next day. I did that and she texted me again on the new day that the color didn't come in and I had to reschedule again. I have a busy schedule and can't keep moving things around. I don't get why she waited till the last minute to realize she didn't have a color/reach out to me."

"I had an amazing experience at this salon. It was my first time going and I made a double appointment for my teenage daughter and I to have our locs done by Akasha. She is beautiful and did a truly lovely job on our crowns. ALL of the stylists inside were so friendly and welcoming. I was concerned about disturbing the environment as I brought my one year old with me but they enjoyed the young blood and energy and it helped me to feel validated as a mom who really needed her hair done. Highly recommend for loc anything the experience was great"
