"Disappointed. It seemed as though my Manicurist was very young and inexperienced. Which I wouldn’t have minded as much if I was charged appropriately. I think it’s unfair to be charged the same as an experienced manicurist. My cuticles weren’t trimmed. My nails weren’t buffed so the nail polish is bumpy."

"Someone wrote a similar post to this already. I don't know if the quality is good because I didn't even get my nails done. This place is right down the street and I walked in and they said they could see me for a simple manicure. 10 minutes go by and they say 3 minutes. 15 more minutes go by for a total of 25 minutes of waiting. I left without a word. Mind you, they keep looking over at me, so, they know they're testing the waters here. Don't say you have the time or personnel if you don't. I would have just come back at another time if you were honest. Back to the other nail salon down the street."

"My mom and I had a great experience at Classy Nail Salon. They were really nice and did a great job painting our nails. The salon was extremely clean and we got to sit next to each other and chat. Great place to go and bring a friend."

"This rating is all about service, and not about quality, because I simply don’t know. I called one morning to see if they were open (it was a holiday) ask if I could “walk in.” They said they needed 30 minutes. I said, oh, that’s too bad because I’m heading out of town and need to literally walk in. They said “come in 10 minutes.” So, off I go, thinking it might take that long to call another salon or two anyway to find a walk in appointment. When I arrived (exactly 12 minutes later) she said, “just a minute.” I waited 10 more minutes before leaving. I know this sounds cranky, but I want service I can trust. I had a last minute, out of state, special occasion come up and I didn’t want to get there and try to find somewhere to get my nails done - small town, on a holiday, too much risk of it not getting done. It just made more sense. I would give them a chance on another day because they are literally right around the corner if they said “sorry, we can’t fit you in.” If you lie, I don’t care how good your product might be. There are shops in either direction that are rated just as good….. and I can trust them to not waste my time."
