She has an index card of how she cuts my hair and the colors I like (originally black, we transitioned to an auburn-red color that suits me far better - she even has the “recipe” for “my” color on the index card). She is so flexible with my ever-changing work schedule and creates an incredibly pleasant and comfortable experience for me every single time I’m there. Besides that, she always has recommendations for Aveda products (shampoos, conditioners, clay, and gel) that would suit my hairstyle and color. And contrary to what the previous reviewer suggested, they are *very* capable of cutting men’s hair! In addition, Anna - the manager - is always so sweet and friendly every time I’m there. It’s an overall excellent experience! If you work or live in/around Watertown, you should call and make an appointment so you can see all this awesomeness for yourself!"
