"I called and left a message a few days before my appointment to see if I could come in a bit earlier (the online booking service showed earlier times available). Never got a response. So I e-mailed. Still nothing. There was no way to cancel my booking online, so i stuck with my original time. During my appointment, she never asked what I wanted, she just went to work. I had been growing out my brows for a few months so I could get them shaped professionally (my brows were two diff shapes). When i walked out, my brows were still two diff shapes, just thinner. she trimmed the hairs so i couldnt do anything to make them look fuller. not pleased with how they look at all. was hoping to find a threading place nearby so i wouldnt have to go to newbury street to get my brows done, but i'm not going to go back here again two stars because she seemed like a kind lady and i feel bad leaving a neg review"
