"DO NOT MOVE HERE If I could give 0 stars i would. This property management company is a joke. They are in California and never answer the phone. Charge bogus fees and claim you cannot do anything about it. 6 property managers in the past 2 years. Laurie, whatever her job is, is useless and gets nothing done. They do not care about tenants. Run far away. Not to mention the higher ups are racist. Not a friendly nor worth it place to live for the price. Better off living in a condo"

"Paid for my application $450, I wasn’t accepted and they said that they will send a cheque to my address within 7 weeks ? 7 weeks ? what business is this running in 2023? Note that before I put the application trough they said that if not accepted I will be receiving the return within 7 DAYS! After 2 weeks I wanted to follow up if the cheque was at least ready to send, no answer, second email no answer, 3rd email completely ignored, called and left voice mail , nothing . After 4 weeks I decided to open a dispute with my bank and then Voila ! They answered right the way ! Asking me to remove the charge back, Obviously was too late, after all the proofs I sent to my bank I got my money back the second day. Before I applied for this place I read the reviews and there was one with a situation very similar, this is why I’m writing this review in case makes good for someone, I’m not saying do not apply but I will definitely say make sure the communication is super clear, maybe ask for something written, that feeling of someone playing with you and your money is the worst!"

"1) Management is very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to communicate. 2) There are always middle school kids sneaking into the building running around slamming on unit doors while trying to break into apartments. 3) Throughout the day non-residents try to sneak into the pool. 4) Units are not well maintained and appliances constantly fall apart. 5) Management really needs to step up their game and improve the security of the building and have more fob scanners in Parkin garage lot since the gate is open 24/7."

"Laurie, Gina (and Stephanie prior) have been extremely helpful, responsive, kind and considerate during my stay at One Webster over the past several years. Laurie is one of the most incredible property managers that I've had the good fortune to encounter. She has ensured that my stay at the complex has been nothing short of pleasant and peaceful. Despite her busy schedule, she always wears a smile on her face and her kindness and good-natured demeanor can warm anyone's day up! Thank you Laurie, for all that you do to keep One Webster a safe and harmonious community for its residents."

"I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who is local or coming into the city, the level of mismanagement is beyond acceptable. Living here and seeing not one but two irresponsible property managers left a sour taste. Your packages are always going to get stolen and as many have stated THEY WONT AND WILL NOT HELP. Stephanie was a rude manager who just accused tenants of the faulty issues in the apartment. If you are going through a hardship this place will look at you in a wrong way and will mistreat you even when legally they are obligated to provide information to the state. In my case they tried to lie about a RAFT application approval and hide the funds! I had to get a lawyer involved and that was a nightmare. In addition, they have charged me for parking fees even though I don’t own or have a car registered under my name!! I’ve been charged for over 6 months for parking I don’t even use. When it was brought up to Ana, the second manager of the property as well failed to adjust my wrongful charges and lease. She quit mid renewal leaving the other two tenants who live with me out of the lease!!. The machines in the gym are broken and they promote a peloton bike that has a broken pedal that hasn’t been fixed in months. The elevators are not up to inspectional standards and we’ve had one out of service since the beginning of October! For $2750 I’d wouldn’t recommend any family to live here. Please avoid this place like the plague and I cannot wait to end my lease this isn’t luxury to Chelsea residents. For how they view the residents and the property speaks how careless JRK really is since it’s based out of state."
