Portside at East Pier

"I wish I could give this place 6 stars because I have never lived anywhere that puts in this much work for its residents. Not only are the units beautiful but the property is ALWAYS looking fresh. With so many pets in the building, it is actually impressive how clean it always is. The maintenance team is incredible and fulfills requests super quick. But equally impressive is how knowledgeable and professional the management team is. Kayden & Lauren made our move SO easy and they were so accommodating. Now 6 months later, and they are still responding to our questions same-day and working with us through a life change. I can't speak for all Veris properties, but I cannot recommend Portside enough. Wonderful experience from the beginning."

"When we first came to see the Portside apartments with my husband we told Kayden how much we loved the property right away. The moving in process was very smooth and Kayden was very attentive and willing to help. The location is ideal and exactly what we needed for my husband to commute on the train or water taxi to work. The maintenance staff also worked pretty fast when we had an issue. The amenities are great as well. We’ve been living here for over a month now and we feel happy overall and feel like we made the right decision to move here. So far so good and we have no complaints. We also love that there’s a park near by for our toddler that’s walking distance and so many restaurants to dine in or do take out within walking distance."

"My wife and I both fell in love with Portside when we had our tour. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities included are like nothing we’ve seen on any of our (many) tours in the Boston area. Lauren was incredibly helpful throughout the process and was happy to show us around twice so we could really make up our mind. During our application, there was a slight issue (on our end) so my wife had a chat with the manager Ian who she said was lovely and understanding. We both cannot recommend them both enough and are so excited to move in next month."
