"Excellent community. The apartments are well maintained, the location is perfect and amenities are wonderful. The staff is extremely attentive and always willing to help. When you have people like Linda and Dolores in the office and all of the maintenance guys, it really makes a difference living in an apartment community. They genuinely care and really get to know all of the residents. Thank you!!!"
"My wife and I lived at the woodlands for 19 months The office staff of Deloris, Jacinto, Linda were amazing. Nelson takes care of the buildings like they are his babies. The apartment was bright big and cheery!!!"
"“Luxury” apartments built terribly. No sound proofing, can literally hear people in the surrounding units fighting, walking, using the bathroom etc… the whole building smells like weed and they don’t care they just send out no smoking notices. 1,000,000 rules and regulations. Pool and gym not included. Almost no visitor parking. $100 per pet per month for pets to live there yet they do not upkeep the dog areas what so ever. We have 2 dogs, that’s $2400 a year for the dogs to live here. Multiply that by how many other tenants have pets!!! Wow! They’re making a killing off us. We moved here from GA and it was the only place around that was big enough that allowed pets. $3,000 per month for 3 bedroom nothing included yet other people somehow can live here cheaper. Kids can’t play outside unless they’re attended by adult. Unfinished areas around the property. Exposed wiring, incomplete irrigation tubes coming out of ground that trip you at night time the list goes on. Rent should be $1800-2200 for the quality of this place. If you’re thinking of moving here DONT, unless you absolutely have no other options."
"I have rented for years and never any major issues. Then came the Woodlands Apartment property that to this day over 5 years later remains unfinished. Light poles standing on the property with wires everywhere, apartments that were built so poorly that walls are cracking, floors sinking, appliances breaking, electric shortages, alarm systems going off for no reason, there is no sound proofing between floors so you will hear upstairs neighbors, next door neighbors. Vinyl siding falling off, pool is indoor but for the size of the complex your better off putting a kiddie pool on the deck. Apartment monthly costs over 2000.00 with zero amenities then they nickel and dime you for everything. Visitor parking 12 spots for entire complex. If you smoke many have to drive to the smoking area. Police frequent the complex, cars are towed often, pool is closed for problems much of the time. Many renters own dogs so if you do not mind the barking every night not a problem. The only good part is your close to many excellent restaurants. The complex will continue to deteriorate, I hope a major tragedy does not happen but the buildings were built very fast and corners were cut."
"Moved in today and have had no issues. Apartment looks beautiful. I’ve noticed a few rude people while moving in but I can’t change people so why let it bother me. Also met a really nice lady with two golden retrievers. We do our own thing and respect our space. The property manager has been very responsive to our questions. I had some negative feedback which was a complete misunderstanding on my part and still she was very nice. If you’re calm, friendly and honest people are usually the same back. Very excited for this new adventure in our life."
