Holiday Inn Express & Suites Middleboro Raynham, an IHG Hotel

"When I arrived in my room I noticed I did not have a clock ask the desk if they had one. When I returned there was a clock. There was plenty of parking space for my coach bus. The only problem I had as I do in most hotels is the beds are to high for us short people. Also missing from the breakfast menu was a potato. I will go back and mention to our tour department to add this hotel to our places to stay. Rachel was very good in helping me out."

"The outsixe hotel is beautiful. It is clean and bright, and the breakfast is very simple. I had the following issues during my stay immediately. First, the smoke detector was hanging by a wire. Second, no one came to vacuum my room or throw out our garbage on Saturday night. While shaking out my sheets, a bug fell out of them. We did inform the concierge, and they said the manager would get back to us. However, we have not heard from the manager since the day we left."

"Rooms decently clean. Front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was good. Only issue was housekeeping pounding on the door at 8:30am wanting to clean and was very rude that we were still here."

"Very friendly staff, location is very central when you want to go for day trips to Providence, Newport, Martha's Vineyard or Plymouth, all is within one hour drive. The room was very spacious with drawer and closet, little kitchen area and fridge, USB ports for easier charging of your various electronics. Water refill station is in the gym, coffee station seemed open 24/7. Breakfast is from 7 to 10AM. As European I'm not a big fan of the American showers (without hand sprayer) nor breakfast on plastic plates. But the choices for breakfast are far more than in other hotels of this kind. A/C and fridge were a bit noisy but I got used to it."

"I'm extremely happy with this HIE! The Manager here is literally the hardest working human being I've ever seen in my life!! ALL that sweet woman does is work and work very hard, while still remaining a pleasure to deal with at all times. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I just hope the extreme higher upside know what an asset and treasure the manager is. There is not another person alive that will do what she does, for as long as she does it, as well as she does it with as much courtesy as she does it with! I don't care what she makes it's definitely not enough!!!!"
