One North of Boston

"Gym equipment is broken. They’ve had a sign on the bike for over a year that they’re waiting on parts. Bikes in the other building don’t work either, require you to log in and don’t have wifi to login. There is dog poop all over the property, no one cleans it up and no one enforces picking up after their dogs. Front door is broken, doesn’t open and hasn’t for a few weeks. An elevator is always broken."

"Moved from the Florida Keys to Boston for 6 months. All I can say is One North of Boston felt like home aways from home. Great Concierge, Housekeeping staff, and extremely dog friendly. Great amenities. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new home. ❤️"

"I have lived her for a little over a year now (1 year and 3 months) at the 100 Heard building. To be honest the apartments themselves aren't as nice as the rent that they are charging. While they have "amenities" those also seem pretty standard for most apartments. The property manager, Caitlin, sucks and is super rude. That being said Kevin in the office and Sean (the night security) have been wonderful! However, the best thing about One North is the dog daycare, Fetch! It is amazing to have access to the dog park directly in our building, but most importantly the staff at Fetch are amazing! I'm new to Boston and owning a dog, so Dan at Fetch has been super helpful when I've had questions and coordinated drop offs, hair cuts, etc. for my dog Mark. They have also fostered a community for us resident and our dogs by hosting amazing events and it's been great to spend time in the dog park with the other dog owners. Literally the only reason I'm giving this review 2-stars is because of Fetch. I honestly would have moved this year if it wouldn't have been for Fetch, as it is the biggest draw to the building!"

"I have lived at One North Boston for a year, and just resigned for one more year. Overall, it’s a great property. I love being close to the silver line for commuting to work. Also, very centrally located to the beach, highway and many stores close by. Amenities are great, although I wish the gyms were bigger and had more equipment. Staff and maintenance has been extremely helpful whenever I have needed their assistance. If your apartment faces the highway you will hear the commuter rail, and semis on the highway, but I have learned to deal with it. My only complaint is the dog daycare. The barking begins at 8am and doesn’t quiet down until around 11am..many parts of the building smell like wet dog/urine. While I’m sure it’s convenient for dog owners, it’s a downfall for non dog owners. Overall, I would recommend living here!"

They’re warm and inviting, and they always prioritize their customers’ needs. They've truly built an inclusive culture. So, if you’re looking for an affordable option near Boston, I’d certainly recommend One North. It has everything you could possibly need, at a fraction of the cost."
