"If you want a landlord that charges you $1,400 for repairs they don't do and then argues with you about giving you your money back, if you want loud neighbors that stomp around upstairs all night and negligent parents that let their kids scream and yell in the hallways, if you want plumbing from the 1920s and an absentee landlord then this is the place for you."

"I just moved in and I find it to be really comfortable, and pretty spacious. SO far I have not found it to be loud at all, and yes it is not the most updated space but I think it is reasonable and worth it for the location & price plus the fact that dogs are allowed there."

"Did not enter the building & my post should be considered incomplete. Each visit was to pickup a friend which included parking until she came out. Parking seemed ample, property looked clean outside, & building looked well maintained."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. Awful, useless management. Awful neighbors. You will never have a peace of mind when everyone plays their music loud and steps with every pound in their body at all times of night and day. Half the washing machines don’t even work. The elevator is broken most of the time. They only “updated” the first floor due to flooding and mold issues. Neighbors steal mail. Management doesn’t care. Would rate this 0 stars if I could. Beware."
