"This place was clean and the apartment was fine. The woman below me said "You dont need security because it's Rockland"??Im sorry but yikes you must not have lived here very long. Rockland is not Hanover, things can get dicey around here to say the least. It is not something we brag about like some other towns but it is a reality. Are you not aware of the endless, uh... incidents that took place in this neighborhood?"

"I've lived in bad places. This one ain't it. The roof was recently replaced, the hallways now have a regular cleaning service. You don't need security, since it's freaking Rockland. The biggest crime they have is jaywalking. If you have a problem, management is quick to fix. There is a playground three minutes away. The only problem I agree with the previous review is the atrocious parking, and even that is more of a problem in winter. Living here for years. No bugs, no vermin."

"This is an okay apartment, but surely not the best you can find out there. It’s cheaper for a reason and you need to find out why. Cons: The hallways are always dirty, the roof creeks so loud when people walk because the building is poorly insulated and you can hear them talking and even watching TV. When you complain, the management tells you “it’s an old building and there’s nothing we can do.” It’s a revolving door so people move in and move out steady! They said pets are not allowed in the lease but people own pets. There’s never sufficient parking for tenants and not assigned either. In the day, bank staffs park in the apartment parking spot and in the evening, tenants park in the bank’s lot. There’s no security whatsoever so everything is at your own risk and solicitors are always entering the building. There are no play areas for children so they play indoors which gets very noisy. Last, the elevator is a stair case away which means if you are wheelchair bound, you might need help being carried up the stairs before getting to the elevator. Pros: On site laundry - (doesn’t wash clean most times but convinient) Low rent Quiet neighbors On site trash Spacious rooms and closets Closest to city center and lots of pizzerias"
