Clippership Apartments on the Wharf

"I love living here! It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. The building is really well maintained. The gym is great. Maria, Nat and Mario at the front desk are consistently amazing. My sister was living with me for a while and she typically stays at a luxury high rise in Miami. She could literally not believe how nice and helpful the concierge was. She would always be like, oh my God the people in Miami would never do this. The people in Miami would never do that. She is honestly lucky if they pick up the phone. I just wish we would get a pool! I know the chances are almost zero, but we have some roof space we are not using right?? Let's give the Eddy and port side a run for their money! Also, if you have dogs, please don't be a lazy jerk and walk them in the courtyard right in front of the "PLEASE NO DOGS" signs, ruining the grass for everyone. I guess entitled dog owners will infest any building. Anyway I digress. I'm a homebody and I spend a lot of time at home. I want to feel safe, secure, welcome and comfortable. I'm willing to pay for it."

"When you live in a clean area, when your T stop is literally in front of your bldg entrance, when apartments are clean and well maintained, when neighbors are most of the time quiet and respectful, when you have a lot of amenities on site, when there are a lot of daily activities organized by management and for me, the most important, when you have a respectful and responsive office employees, what else do you need for a nice living? My greatest impression was with Emma, Jess, Houssam, Edgar and maintenance personnel. All of those guys are so approachable, efficient, friendly but professional and always there to help! Thank you all for being a part of our nice Boston experience!!!"

"Love this complex so far! The grounds are beautiful, the location is amazing and anything you could ever need is within a 10-15 min walk! The leasing office staff has made our move in and set up incredibly smooth and simple and the lead concierge is one of the cheeriest most professional seeming guys I’ve ever met!! Cant say enough good things about the complex after our first month here!!"

"In all sincerity, this is the best place I've ever lived. The living arrangements sell themselves... Modern, great views - its hard to beat; likely impossible to beat. The management team addresses maintenence issues very promptly... Plus, they are just genuine, down-to-earth human beings that do their jobs well and they care about the community! Also, if you're into soccer, there's the best turf field in the city just along the river walk! Best place I have ever lived!"

"It is just really awesome to join the Clippership community. This was after touring community in 2021 and 2023. In 2023, Diana in leasing office went out of her way and though I loved everything about Clippership both times I’ve viewed the property, in 2021 I passed on moving here and this time I signed up! Diana made all the difference. I mean that! I’m so excited to join the community at Clippership. I know i Made a great decision and thanks to Diana for everything! Like i said, the property is outstanding but the management professionalism made all the difference. Thank-you, Diana!"
