"Filthy apartment, hair around the sink, fake fingernail on the carpet, no hand soap, and staff that laughed at us when we said our room was dirty. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Be advised."

"BEWARE- I booked a suite for 7/12/18 that was "Pet Friendly" for $440. After reserving and paying my non-refundable room rate I received a credit card authorization for $325 ($250 pet fee and $75 booking fee). I contacted immediately and got the runaround. After 2 days of bitter frustration and unreturned phone calls I was told that "of course you can cancel, but there will be no refund." A $600 lesson learned. These people should be ashamed of themselves! A $325 fee on a $440 rate (A 74% HIKE) is usury and outrageous!"

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We spent four nights here with no hot water. We had to take cold showers in this hotel. The management system is inefficient. The maintaince team is inexistent. Most of the front desk was trying their best, while one of them lied to us and gave us attitude. So, avoid at all costs."

"I stayed at their establishment on 99 Kneeland st. Boston MA, on September 6-8, 2017. There where no towels for these two day, although I asked for it right away by phone. Can you imagine staying in downtown Boston....no towels! Never happened to me before, and I did travel in third world countries!! Shame!!!"
