"Avoid using HelloLanding.. Having extremely poor experience with Hello Landing (hard to refrain from calling "pathetic"!) Extremely slow pace people, Very poor customer service, lack of escalation mechanism, no accountability, lack of seriousness and no coordination amongst staff. Sheer lack of action! My AC broke down for 4th time in 2 weeks! I am struggling to get it fixed. Landing doesn't do anything! They just lodge complaint on apartments' helpline that's all!. Even management seems disinterested in the business! It's so poor to an extent that, emails go missing, yes emails!! And even though they tell you they will call back, they don't!"
