Reviews
"Their 35 Fay Street apartment complex is horrible to move in and out of. The people in charge of the building (that aren't even present by the way they're off site watching other people on the cameras in the building) make it extremely difficult for tenants to move in and out. They are overly paranoid about theft and do not allow you to prop the door open when you move in and out even if someone is standing by the door to make sure a non resident doesn't enter the premises. It makes no sense mainly because you can not access the elevator and get past the lobby without a key fab. If you hire movers and are paying them by the hour be prepared to spend more than you'd expect because your move is going to take alot longer than it should because of their unnecessary building rule."
