3200 Washington

"I've lived here for one year. The vents seem to connect between the different units and I had a neighbor who smoked a lot and I always smelled it in my studio. I complained about it multiple times but nothing was ever done even though the lease prohibits smoking. The rent is very expensive for not a nice area. Our packages were stolen multiple times from the mail room. Also, I gave the manager, Erica, 30 day notice of my leave and she was not available for me to return keys or inspect the room. I have paid the rent on time monthly and also cleared out the apartment when I left. She was the most unhelpful person. She expects me to pay for next months rent even though I'm no longer living there and she will not give me my security deposit AND she is threatening to ruin my credit. Seriously an awful person. I tried speaking with her from a personal level and she really could not care any less. I hope I am able to speak with someone else from the company that is more reasonable. But really, I would not recommend living here to anyone! It's not a home and management is not friendly or welcoming. They will slam the door and hit you on the way out! I want to update what has happened since this review. I spoke with management above Erica. I told them the situation and that it has been 1 month since I gave Erica notice and I still did not see my apartment listed as available on their website. The upper management said that I would be responsible for the rent until they were able to rent my apartment, which is in the lease, but that she would do what she can to rent it as soon as possible. They were able to rent my apartment in less than 1 month. I was only responsible for about a week of rent and I got the rest of my security deposit back. Erica tried to charge me an extra month of car parking in the garage, so I still had to deal with her about that but she returned the $250 on car garage rental. In conclusion, the area is too expensive for what you get. The direct management (Erica) is not friendly and does not advocate for providing you with good living conditions that live up to the standards of the lease. She's also a bully in my opinion."

It was hassle free. The building community is quiet yet friendly. Easy package delivery, pickup and return. Maintenance requests were answered and resolved promptly. So far I am extremely satisfied with my stay at 3200."
