"I have been living In Mattapan Height II for 13yrs now and have not had my walls painted or my carpet cleaned. I made a request back in November of 2013 and was told by the property manager that its not in the budget, and there is nothing that can be done. Here it's 2018 and nothing still has been done to my apartment. I love living here because it quiet and clean, but I find this so unacceptable. I would like to know what I need to do get my necessary repairs due to normal wear and tear for 13 yrs."
