"Decent place to live but not for the price. The raise in rent was insane with no updates or upgrades, no new amenities, and only heat and hot water included. Not to mention having to pay for parking and a ridiculous monthly fee for pet rent. Not worth the money to live here. My roommate and I lived here for a year and were looking for a new place to live within a month. The place has bug infestations, washers and dryers that are broken half the time, many smokers even though the community is supposed to be smoke free, and office staff that will take forever to answer if they even do."
