"Dwell85 is truly exceptional. The apartment is stunning, and the staff, especially Josh, is incredibly warm, smart, and accommodating. An outstanding experience all around!"
"Do not believe the photos you see on their website. It may be nice once you go to visit, but there is so much wrong with this place. It is 100% a money trap. If you live in a two-bedroom unit with 4 others, they make off with $4,000+ a month from all of you. No shared rent, everyone gets their own fixed rent. For $1,100 a month, you get… ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They treat this like college dorms! You could be a college student and they could put you with a family of 3! They don't care! Other than having a furnished apartment with furniture that feels cheap and Wifi that barely works, there is nothing. No indoor gym, no indoor pool, no incentive to be paying $1,100 a month. On top of all that, maintenance was a headache because you would have to bug the front office for help CONSTANTLY or else you got nobody to help you! The people (aside from the janitor Gabe really nice guy) do not do their job well and do not listen to their residents! It is so poorly maintained and people do not pick up after their dogs. Trash chutes are always broken so if you’re on the 3rd or 4th floor have fun walking your trash around to the other side of the building in the freezing cold. On top of all this, this entire complex was rushed. The architecture is awful and it was not thought out well. The interior design is super generic and is extremely boring, as well as the units. I get that interior design is tough, but the interior design here is soooo uninspired and unflattering. The way the owner, or whoever runs the account on this site, responds to these people leaving terrible reviews like mine is completely out of line and they are basically retaliating! These issues they bring up in their responses to these poor people SHOULD BE RESOLVED IN PERSON OR OVER THE PHONE! IF ONLY YOU PICKED UP YOUR PHONES! Very unprofessional! Save your money folks. Once you sign a lease to live here, you're signing yourself up to get ROBBED. Moral of the story, you’re better off leasing anywhere else. This place has so many problems inside and out. EDIT: Look how they responded to my review! They tried to look up my profile on the resident portal! Like I said, SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! HANDLE PROBLEMS INTERNALLY, NOT FOR EVERYONE TO SEE! If you wanted to talk about a bad review I left, you'd call me! Otherwise I wouldn't be posting anonymously! Get your acts together!"
"Lived on third floor 2022-2023 school year. Apartment was fine but management issues were constant throughout the year. During move out, GM told me I was charged for 15 months, and more than a month later I’ve called 3 times for clarification and haven’t heard back at all. Guess they don’t care about money"
"If I could give this complex 0 stars, I would. This place is an absolute money trap. Be prepared to reset the fuses for your air conditioner, fridge, etc. multiple times on a daily basis. Want to travel during spring break or go somewhere overnight? Make sure your entire fridge has been emptied because you will come home to everything ruined. When I moved in last year, we were told that the trash chutes were out of service and would be fixed within a month. Surprise -- they're still inactive. If you pay for a parking spot, you're wasting your money because 50% of the time someone else will take it, and the security guard will refuse to tow them. The office is entirely unresponsive and does not respond to emails, calls, or multiple contacts. They have been unhelpful and rude. Please, save yourself the headache (and money!!!) and find another place to live."
