SoMa Apartments

"I live in building 40 fairlawn ave apt D4 whatever you do please do not move into this place, when we first got here 3 years ago the rent was 1790 now it is 2000. We move out the 1st of November and they have listed the apartment online for 2,225 dollars. 2225 just to live with mice and roaches and have nothing get done about it. The building is infested with mice and roaches and no amount of pest control is going to get rid of them. Pest control is good for nothing here they do absolutely nothing so if you are comfortable living with mice, roaches, and unresponsive staff then by all means. This is my warning to you all. Run don’t walk RUN away from this place."

"They need to tear down this entire complex and start over!!! This place is infested with Mice, roaches and bedbugs, The kitchen appliances are all from the 90's. Only 1 garbage dumpster for approx. 200 apartments and it is always overflowing. Oh and you or your visitors will get towed at some point!"

"I am a former resident of Soma Apartments. I must say that this is not the best place to live. The mice and roaches are uncontrollable. I lived there for three years, and management changed 3 times. The first ones were thieves. They had everyone owing thousands of dollars during the pandemic. The current management is by far the best I have encountered. So many people say that they don't have good customers service skills, but some of you should try to clean up years of messes made by others! I'm just saying!"

"It has been 1 year and a half since I live in this building. Every week I ask for inspection but nothing is done. Currently it is 1am 02/13/2020 I can't sleep because of the mouses. The money per month is around 1650. My child is afraid my wife is afraid of mouses. you can't leave anything on the table and nowhere because of the mouses. Building 50 fairlawn ave"
