"This place is a dump, the building is dirty and it stinks. The manager has all her family living on the first floor while my dad is wheelchair-bound, on the eighth floor in the last apartment down the hall. The manager refuses to move him to the first floor for easier access. The building is full of Chinch bugs and roaches, we had to throw away two beds and two sofas, and the manager refused to get rid of the rugs. I am trying to move my dad from this apartment complex to a better place. Do not put your parents in this nasty place."
"Staff fully indifferent. Went there with my mom to get her an application. We stood in the glass-encased outter hallway trying to access the inner hallway, knocking for about 10 minutes and the whole time the janitor just looked at us thru the glass and ignored us as if we were non-existent or less than people. I called the office and they put me on hold. At some point a female office staff went to talk to the janitor and also saw us knocking and went right back into the main office. When the janitor finished vacuuming, he wrapped up the cord, then went to put the vacuum in the janitor’s closet. I signaled at him and waved, and he pointed at us rudely (like to say “screw you”) and he got on the elevator and left. Finally, we got in because a resident left. At that point I told my mom I didn’t want her living there but she insisted we go in. I explained to the office staff what had happened and she said that the janitor can’t let us in, that we are supposed to find the office on the intercom. I told her there was no sign indicating such and we had no idea because we had never been there before. So, if a resident is not feeling well enough to find their keys or to find the office name on that very complicated e-intercom, they’ll leave them outside? Imagine one of these residents feeling disoriented, in pain or pre-stroke or pre-heart attack. They’ll clearly be ignored."
"When the Italian Festival happens."
"Nice place to go go there all the time"
"They've remodeled most of the building to accommodate low income housing. Also the office staff is courteous and so helpful."
