"Nice area to live. Brewery’s near by, restaurants, Lawerence general hospital is nearby."
"Most of the reviews on here have been geared towards trashy tenants, which is out of management's control. What is in management's control is the general upkeep of the property, which is nil. For 3 months, the elevator on our side of the apartment has been out of order and unrepaired (with minimal updates). The only thing worse than having to take several flights of stairs to go in and out of the apartment was when the door broke for 9 days preventing us from being able to enter our side of the building to even get to our apartment. During this time the middle elevator also went out of service. Then the electric car charger went out of service. And now, the garage door is out of service. Instead of propping the door allowing people to park in there, they are forcing everyone to park in the already overfilled lot, preventing anyone coming home from work late at night to find parking other than near the other buildings (almost a half mile away from the side of the building in which we live). Also, because of this issue, they will not distribute parking passes, which means you're not allowed to have guests. All of these maintenance issues and restrictions on allowing guests are INSANE for what we pay for rent. I'd really like to know what the cost of our rent increases went to upon renewing our lease if it wasnt for the upkeep of maintenance. Everything around here is broke, including myself trying to keep up with the cost of heating these units during the winter!"
"Do not move here. It is by far the loudest apartment or house I've ever lived in. The office does nothing to help. The lease says you can't have loud noise/music but there are no consequences if someone does. You just have to sit and let your apartment vibrate from the bass. Now I have to get a lawyer to help break the lease. Save yourself the headache, literally and figuratively."
"Stay far away from this place. Please if you love your sanity. You will experience rude staff, you will have to seek legal advice, if you have a mental illness and have ESA’s they will harass you for more personal information then just the federally required letter from your licensed therapist. You will experience mess from partying neighbors and it will go weeks uncleaned at times. Other people do not take pride in where they live. Also, you will be expected to fix issues that are inconveniencing to them. Please stay away."
"Would not recommend. It is always dirty and messy. When I lived there a couple months ago there was always construction going on and there was never any parking. And I got complaints from the office about noise and music being to loud when I haven’t even been home. The new office staff is so rude and unprofessional. The old staff was so much better."
