"This place has been terrible during the 18 years here. They never changed the floors after we requested it for 10 years, they ignored our power going off for 5 months consecutively and created a fire in the apartment, they basically haven't done anything relevant that would make this a home. I would list so many things, but that's 18 years of it. It would be essentially recommended not to move into these places, they are greedy and do NOT care about your apartment's conditions nor your safety."

"Pros & cons. Pros: Staff is good,. They actually really care about the residents. I feel that my elderly parent is safe there. I have visited other places where they litteraly ignore the residents (like St. Alfio), meaning they try to talk to staff and staff don't even look at them and just walk away. Not at Sycamore. The staff is nice and respectful. They keep the place clean too and they fix things in a timely fashion. Cons: If ur neighbor is a pig, then yes, u might get some mice and even roaches from their side but this is the way it goes in most apt complexes. Put some rodent poison. I know people there who have lived there for 20+ years and never had any mice or roaches, but their neighbors were also clean."

"Worst place to live. I’ve lived here for 11 months. Every weekend I’m calling in about the heater not working neither the hot water. They do absolutely nothing about it, not to mention I have 3 chronic asthmatic kids. And they just raised my rent. Time to find another place to live."

"All washing machines are broken except one and I noticed residents being frustrated with each-other waiting. Kids play area has syringes on the ground and not cleaned up! Someones car was getting towed after parking to drop off her mother some food for the new years. It is mainly a senior resident facility. I was also visiting my grandmother and acknowledged the money hungry management company that poorly supervise these buildings and the areas belonging to the building. All about making money and 0 consideration here. Don’t let a loved one live here unless you are looking to punish them. Pipes also burst all the time and air conditioners do not work properly in the summer is what the residents I had the pleasure to interact with said."

"New owner couldnt be anymore rude. Practically kicked us out of the office && closed the door in our face for asking a simple question :("
