"Scheduled a tour over the phone for 2:30pm on a Saturday, which is well within their business hours. They even sent an email confirmation. A resident let me in the building, after which I went to the leasing office and saw nobody was there. I called several times just for someone off-site to tell me they’ve notified whoever was responsible. I waited 45 minutes then left. I chatted with a resident in the lobby about my situation, and he told me this was an accurate impression of what the management is like here, and that he’ll be leaving once his lease is up. He spent 15 minutes looking for a package, dozens of which are strewn all over the floor and all throughout the mailroom. I seriously could’ve grabbed an armful of them and just walked out."

"Hi We really liked our time here. Thank you! There are few areas for improvement: - pets. Amount of dogs and dog related problems was annoying: barking, smell of dog urine in the elevator and around the building. - heavy truck traffic on Foundry st. Too much noise. - junk yard on Foundry/Albion parking lot. Jamie"

The attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the property truly enhance the overall living experience. The location of the complex couldn’t be any better! The commuter rail is across the street, it is a 10 minute walk away from Wakefield center where there are plenty of quaint shops and restaurants. The lake is also right next to the center of town where there are parks, walking paths along the entire lake, boating, benches, a gazebo and a small beach! The entire staff (Shirley, Heather, Shea & Bunna) at Grayson Lofts have done an excellent job creating a welcoming and safe environment. They prioritize resident satisfaction and consistently strive to meet and exceed expectations. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free living experience. I highly recommend both the exceptional staff and the Grayson Lofts complex to anyone seeking a comfortable, convenient, and stunning place to call home. The leasing agent’s dedication, patience, and unwavering assistance are truly commendable, making the process of finding and settling into my new home a seamless and pleasant experience. "Great building, lots of really good amenities (gym, bike room, coffee maker, lounge). Walking distance to train, lake, and Main St. I lived in a studio apartment in the modern (/non-loft) portion of the building, really like the bedroom being separated form the living space despite being a "studio". Lots of space and storage for a studio as well. Covered parking across the street which is great but def a bit overcharged for parking considering there was no security and gate was always up (they are working on this apparently). Still, covered parking and lots of spaces is a plus! Really enjoyed my time at Grayson Lofts, highly recommend!"
