"My girlfriend and I have been looking for a studio or 1x1, the apartment home search had not been looking great, until we stumbled upon the Everly. We saw a 1x1 within our budget and decided to do our research and book a tour, right off the bat, the Everly staff including Mikey G., Ethan L., and Alexa C., were super excited we reached out and they connected with us right away. When we arrived for the tour I was blown away by the building's appearance, we could tell it was maintained very well, and once we looked at the apartment we knew right away that we would apply, we later got to meet the maintenance team, including Makin, who is very friendly and professional, the apartment home was shining clean when we moved in. We have no complaints about Everly so far, they have made it super easy to schedule a tour, apply, and move in! 5 out of 5 experience with our first apartment home! I highly recommend moving here if you are looking to end the apartment home search!"

"My fiancée and I had a tour booked for 3:00pm, drove all the way to the building and the office was closed—not one email or phone call, we also called the number online and no answer. Very unfortunate. Only positive was that a lovely resident took the time to tell us a bit about the property and show us around."

"Bad neighbor. Won’t keep tenants from walking dogs and smoking cigarettes on neighboring elementary school property. Tenants leave belongings in lot and around dumpster and absent management refuses to address the issues."

"My 2 year stay at Everly was a 5/5 experience. The building is always very clean and well maintained. The apartment sizes for 1 bedrooms are VERY spacious and the kitchen has really nice cabinets and newer appliances. Hira and the leasing team were nothing short of spectacular. They are extremely friendly ,helpful and resourceful when and if any issues came up ( which was almost never). All and all, I would highly recommend the Everly Apartments to anyone looking for a nice apartment community."

"Over the past 6 months, the living conditions, cleanness and amenities have deteriorated, the staff has become more unfriendly(Except Megan). Carpets on inside the buildings are not clean specially close to 2nd floor Elevator and i think they have stopped the cleaning on daily basis.. Living here because its close to my office (5 mins walking). Sometime People smoke Marijuana in the room close to stairways..."
