"We have been living here at The Wren for a couple years now and have had nothing but a positive experience. From Myka the manager to the maintenance team. Whenever we ever had any issues it was resolved immediately with always a follow up from Myka with either a call or email to make sure we were good. We have lived in other communities before and never had that type of personal service. Myka actually cares about this community, I always see her out and about on the grounds and common areas making sure our community here is held at the highest standard as we expect it to be. I would highly recommend anyone looking to move into a 5 star community to consider The Wren in Sharon."

"I used to live here when the Avy was only 3 years old at that point Andrea worked in the office and then Trish ,but at that time it was smoothly ran until 2020,2021 when a tenant on the 3rd floor started harassment towards some of my friends we all went to court to stop all this animosity towards the situation but the """""lied everytime and called the prejudice card which was a lie she is and will always be a scammer and the Wren houses people like that so they need to be closed down as well after all the bad reviews, who or what is really running this trash heap no caring no love and no one cares RUN RUN DONT EVEN PARK UR BIKE HERE RUN !!"

"Ever since management companies changed, our experience living here has been negatively impacted. Rent increased 23% in 1 year!! It’s higher than almost every apartment complex in the area. Delivery packages are often stolen, the garbages overflow and smell so bad, the buildings are outdated. Appliances are old and gross (our washing machine smells, the dishwasher doesn’t drain all the way) The leasing office, specifically Myka, is not helpful with anything. She hides in the back office, and never answers the phone. Good luck if you have a problem, because she won’t be the one to help you. Myka acts like you’re an inconvenience, when this is your home, you pay rent and you have every right to safe, clean living. There’s been so many residents who have moved out in the last 6 months due to the change in management, it’s sad. Beware: you may think you’re getting a good price when you first move in but just know they’ll hike up rent after that. Ours went up $600 a month after our first year. Most residents I’ve talked to are so unhappy now and many have started looking at other places to live. This place is a sinking ship. DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"As you can see from the photos. The Wren takes excellent care of its trash and recycling facility. They care deeply about making sure all residents feel heard and supported. This is why they routinely gaslight residence for maintenance and other concerns while periodically reminding children not to draw with chalk or engage in other normal childhood activities. Myka was miserable to work with (when she is actually not hiding from residence in her back office). We had thought renting from Chestnut Hill Realty was bad but this took the cake. On the bright side. Neighbors are very nice. We enjoyed getting to know long time residence who had been here when Avalon was running the place at least before they and we got priced out by $1000 rent increases when The Wren took over. The maintenance guys were great but it always felt like they had their hands tied by the front office and corporate. Had we known that this place would be run by The Wren instead of Avalon we would have rented elsewhere."

"Grounds are immaculate and lovely. The pool is great, sorry to see it close. Very dog friendly, my apartment is spacious, modern and unique. Maintenance is responsive to any issue that I’ve had. The community is kept clean and updated."
