"BE AWARE! This is the WORST place I have ever lived in. Please do not waste your time and money on this place. From the water supply and drainage (septic tanks are drained once or twice a month LOUDLY starting very early in the morning and it WILL disrupt your rest) to common areas and living spaces, to the filthiness of hallways and walls with minimum maintenance. This is an awful place for residence. The apartment planning is just pathetic with so much wasted space and inconvenient designing of the bathroom and closet area (your guests will be able to view -and go through- your closet from the restroom as it is part of the bathroom plan and not the bedroom) the shower tub does not drain well as it is not sloped or shaped in a proper way. So every time you take a shower (no baths since it is a foot shower) expect stale water and gunk accumulation, making routine cleaning an absolute nightmare. It is also very slippery because of that. The elevators are almost always filthy. AND FORGET ABOUT HAVING ANY DIFFERENTLY ABLED GUESTS AS THE APARTMENT COMPLEX IS NOT DESIGNED WITH ACCESSIBILITY IN MIND (may be enough to access the main leasing office and thats about it). If I knew what I now know I would have definitely spent my time and money somewhere else. Edit to reply: the doors of B building don’t even open automatically neither do they stay open. The elevator doors open and close in no time so any differently abled individual who somehow propped the doors open to enter better be extremely quick to make it otherwise they are getting a face full of elevator doors."
"Horrible staff, person at front desk Eric steals packages from tenants and has gotten away with it, guys very disrespectful to people. Here is the black mold from my apartment why I moved out And it took you over 3 months to respond to this post seems about right"
"The Apts are nice, maybe a little too much space dedicated to the bathrooms. Too many dogs, pit bulls which go after people. The current owners are less approachable and less knowledgeable than Eli. Too many residents on assistance. Loud parties and both kinds of smoke in the hallways. We recently officially moved but have been out for 3 months. Eric made it clear that no deals for early termination of lease, even with pitbulls attacking tenants. We get the statement on what we are to receive on our deposit. 3 showers in the last three months, and we get a water deduction of $300.00. Eric has no explanation. When asked to read the water meter, he says there is none. When we say we will go to Sharon Town hall, Eric says they use a sub station, and for us to call them. Call me old fashion, the people doing the billing and collecting the money, should have answers and they should do the research. I would not recommend living here. Regarding the response: "worked closely"? Eric didn't even get off his chair when I addressed the pit bull incident. "Investigation" no follow up from Eric was done regarding 2 different conversations regarding the pit bulls."
"I have been a resident for 7 months now and my initial impressions were positive. Overall this is a quiet apartment complex with many families and the residents prefer to keep things quiet. The complex is pet friendly but the accommodations for them are quite poor. The dog park is very small and right next to the dumpsters. Recently the complex was taken over by a new company, renaming it “The Point at Sharon”. Since taking the complex over I’ve noticed more garbage around the complex, demanding emails sent out by management to all residents, gym equipment has been broken for two months, and a new fee for paying rent online. Overall the complex is good but the change in new management has not been positive."
