Reviews
"I've been here for ~2 years (I moved here when Franchi Management were in charge). Initially I posted a review on 2023/08/09 when a dumpster fire named Cushman and Wakefield was in charge. Princeton Properties took over recently, and things have gotten much better in a short time. They are tackling maintenance issues at a rapid pace, and replacing the carpets in several units. Things feel as good as the Franchi Management days - therefore giving 3 stars (updated from 1 star for the Cushman and Wakefield days)."
"STAY AWAY - This complex was sold about a year ago and the new ownership has tried to spruce it up by renovating it. What they don't tell you is that the complex is very old, the walls and floors are paper thin and you can hear everything and I mean everything from one unit to another, in the colder periods the heating system is not sufficient (since the burners are in a different building) and therefore it never really warms up, the bathrooms and sewerage system in the sub ground apartments usually backs up and it creates problems with the upper floors, tenants that are alcoholic and yell at all hours of the night and the many times the police had to intervene, mice all over the place, washing machine that more often than not does not work correctly, no parking for guests and on and on. It is managed by Cushman & Wakefield and the main office or the property manager is impossible to find or reach, maintenance is non existent, nobody at the office, they don't answer the phone, do no reply to emails or texts but if your are late with your rent they will reach out real quickly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."
"Don't even bother with this place; heed the warnings of all the other recent reviews. I had a tour scheduled for 10, they rescheduled it to 11 just an hour before the tour, then didn't even bother to show up. Maintenance contractors are wandering around the complex with no idea where to go because there is noone at the management office. This is clearly run by a company that bought it out and wants to suck the money out of hardworking individuals with zero regard for actually maintaining the property."
"I'm a new resident and deeply regret renting "a newly renovated" apartment with ridiculous quality. I agree with all the rest of the community complaints: management is absent (but they are very punctual in reminding you of the payment). The portal service doesn't work. PS: "the management" responded here because Google map is public and feel obliged to show off positive response. In the reality they perfectly know how many emails and online applications I have done that got no response. So why bother? Action, no more talking please."
"Management was recently changed to another country-wide company that has terrible communication, increased rent by $600, and has no one on site to help with issues. It's all through their "portal" which is a dead end because requests don't get responded too. We loved how it was run before, but with the recent changes DO NOT COME. Oh and parking is $50 a month!!"
