"What I like most about the Edgebrook Residences is it is near shopping and is a very clean housing. It is new and is well maintained, and the snow and ice is moved as soon as possible after storms. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for a decent place to live."

"Our lease agent Maureen was knowledgeable, friendly, and confident. We enjoyed our tour and discovered the apartment floor plan was very similar to another complex off exit 11. The complex is in a very quiet, wooded and peaceful setting. Apartments were lovely and we decided on a corner unit on the top floor."

"Staff is wonderful - friendly, helpful - facilities are kept very clean, safe, and a great location for those with dogs (pet "laundry", dog park). We enjoyed our year+ stay here while our new home was under construction."

"Apts are new, modern, safe and private. Landscaping and the condition of the apts are beautifully maintained. Staff are welcoming and helpful, maintenance responds quickly to requests and the manager, Tess…..is professional and communicates effectively with everyone. We are kept informed of any issues that may impact the residents including an update of social activities. Edgebrook Residences is definitely a very nice place to live with many amenities."
