"These condos are horrible the condo association tows cars that belong to you for no reason besides the unprofessional approach they have looking to rent or buy DON'T Do it"
"Washers and dryers have cigarette butts in them and smell terrible, smells like mold in the basement. Sherry doesn't want to help unless you're a long time resident."
"Peaceful nice close the highway."
"Horrible place for a family, mold toxins you breathe in I can't believe we stayed there as long as we did. Property management is horrible. Things break very fast in that place and they keep your security deposit when they mess up the things they are supposed to fix that broke on their own. Loud neighbors police there all the time for drugs and noise. Terrible overpriced and to top it off they continued to raise rent every year for a old moldy apartment."
"Terrible place to live, my family has lived here 8 years and recently we got a dog for emotional support as this is allowed and our dog has been a tremendous help to the whole family. The staff here was reluctant to allow this as they thought mental illness was not the same as a physical disability. We got our dog and within a month they sent us a notice saying they saw me leave his droppings on their property, that happened once maybe twice, anyway I admitted this did happen and took the fault. But now I pick it up every time. Second notice came about a month later saying a member of the maintenance team heard my dog barking, first of all officially they can not count that against us as the rules state that it has to be a tenant that complained, not a maintenance person. Third notice came today saying that at 10:30 this weekend someone saw me leave my dog's droppings in the parking lot. No. They gave us a notice saying we must either get rid of the dog or they must evict us. This is the same place in which we have had problems with mice, termites, and damage to the building from cheap appliances. Our dishwasher breaks down almost once a month, oven is broken, the washers and dryer machines in the basement are ALWAYS broken, the hallways always smell like pot, and not to mention we have had to switch apartments from nosy neighbors. We have lived here 8 years now and this is how they treat their tenants? Terrible place to live."
