"We used this service twice this year: once in July for a Narragansett stay, and once in August for a Charlestown stay. We were 100% satisfied and pleased both times. The linens we ordered were ready on our arrival each time and the quality and cleanliness of the linens was perfect. Our deposits were returned in a timely manner as stated. For our August stay, I called 3 days before our arrival to add some items, and it was no problem whatsoever. The owner is fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend this service and would definitely use it again!"
