"Truly the worst place to rent from. While there is cheapish pricing, the current management reflects the reason. They will enter your room Oct-May for showings, forbid you from locking the door, (anyone off the street can come in) and have zero respect for privacy. Place is dingy and you can find so many other better properties in the area."

"My daughter lived at your location on Potter Lane. The room was fantastic. She loved the location (never needed her car to get to class). The place was quiet and clean. I found the property manger to be very responsive and informative. Highly recommended!!!!"

Liz Crippin fantastic to work with -- responsive, kind, honest, professional, clearly smart and attentive, and really caring about students especially in this weird and difficult time. She made sure that the apartment was cared for, and addressed a maintenance issue very quickly and completely. She is also really great at finding you the "right" space! Liz is a true gem out there -- I would not hesitate to rent from her again."

"Living there was very easy living there cheaper than uri walking distance to campus so no need for a parking pass rooms have good wifi and heat. Building has cleaners come 2 a week. Land lord is quick to respond to any issue. Never had any issues renting from them and i did for 2 years great apartments moving in and out is very quick."

"Overall, I’ve had a good experience with Fortin Holdings. The best part about living here is that it is close to campus and you are mostly left alone. However, maintenance is helpful if there are any problems and I’ve had a good experience with them as well. Prices are also fairly reasonable. The room I’m in is a little small but I’ve made it feel like home. I recommend these apartment complexes."
