"Don't mover here unless you want your loved ones who are disabled or elderly to fall on the ice right in front of their home all the way down the sidewalks to get your mail... No ice melt at all for any residents to use either. Pictures below! Don't let them fool you by looks or made up stories on how great it is to have the police or rescue live near by you. They come daily because of the neglect on their property. If you call management they always tell you nobody is available or they can't find them or they hired someone new for 4th time. Peace Dale house is a different story and a land of happy disabled elderly people thanks to their managers laying down ice melt and shovel, including better yard service when in season. Mail boxes are located inside the building as should be. Not outside! Obviously none of theses people can relate because their not in a wheelchair or use a rollator. One day and I hope soon you will find out the struggles! AGAIN PEACE DALE ESTATES IS NOT A FRIENDLY COMMUNITY AND MANAGEMENT WON'T HELP AFTER YOU SIGN THAT AGREEMENT TO MOVE IN. You're welcome!"
