"Awesome place to live. Amazing gym. Love my apartment. People complaining about spiders is weird. Yes there are spiders outside of the building. Have seen none inside. Great to have them protecting the apartment and keeping the real pests out. Staff is friendly, especially the maintenance team who are super fast to respond to issues, even on their days off. The heating is really efficient too. Electric bill has been surprisingly low this winter. Great place so far. Will keep this review updated."

"I’ve had a great experience here. The apartment is great, with a great response time on maintenance. It is a tad expensive but it’s worth it for the great community that exists here. One of the biggest things Bancroft has going for it is the community. I would highly recommend living here if you have the funds"

"I have been here since last 2 years. Great friendly community. On top of everything when it comes to community engagement and maintenance. Fun monthly events! Community management team is really helpful specially Tyler who is really awesome with my requests. George in the maintenance team is a gem. He is very polite and friendly and fixes all the issues nicely. Overall great experience. Keep it up guys!"

"My wife and I had a pipe burst in our house, and needed to find an apartment to live in from January-July while the house was being repaired. Bancroft Lofts was truly a wonderful place to live despite all the crazy things happening to our house. The management team (Tyler and Stephanie) were AMAZING and made us feel right at home. They were always super helpful, and would run monthly events to try and get residents to mingle. Amenities were great, pool, gym, and even the dog wash was used many times :) Can't say enough great things about our experience at Bancroft Lofts and the management team!"

The Maintenance Team proactively checked the hardware and appliances within the apartment so there were no issues. When a service request needed to be put in, the team quickly investigated, ordered and replaced the part with the upmost professionalism; thanks George!
